Michael and Wang LLC was a Roanoke native named Michael Douthat and a man from Qingdao, China named Tan Wang. This company was running out of the Worldwide Asian Food Mart on Williamson Rd, and at first worked out of the basement of a home on Ashbury Dr. They got a LLC license through a online website which turned out to be a fake document. They were contacted by Roanoke City where they were forced to shut down and cease all operations until they received a legitimate LLC document and licensing. They are currently operating under another name in Beijing China and on Ebay.com as well as other online websites. I know this because I work for Roanoke City. 03/28/2016 1:43 pm, Chihuahua D
